Hi Joanne, The session was recorded and in the end, the teacher was able to figure out what was happening student was logged in twice on separate devices with separate profile photos, as can happen with the installed version of Teams. I was just asking where one could find a log of who was speaking. The software has to know, since it constantly brings forward the speaker. I just have to keep reeling in certain privileges depending upon the age group. I know you can search in there, not sure if you can export it, never tried. Does that help? Below is a screenshot of what it will look like in the timeline of the lead record. Since this is an activity type table it will continue to display as active until you mark the activity as complete. This is no different to how appointments or phone calls are handled in Dynamics or Microsoft Dataverse.
This solution only accommodates when a Teams Meeting Activity is created but it's not difficult to manage update, delete and cancelations from Microsoft Dataverse or Dynamics as the Graph API have all three of these requests available.
