I tried twice with their base and top coat, the base makes pplish colour peel and the top leaves a sticky residue no matter what you do.
I used another brands base and top coat, and I long lasting nail polish no problems. The set colours najl great, and alot of variety. Get the set for the colours! This set of laasting polishes is amazing!! The colours are quite opaque but not gloopy - you only need two thin coats to reach full opacity. I was really impressed with how opaque they were considering I tried them out on some clear nail tips. Great colour selection for a beginner and you could even mix the polishes together to create custom colours if you wish!
